This notice describes privacy practices for The Balance Protocol website, thank-you pages and member-deliverable pages. It does not replace the separate Digistore24 Inc. privacy notice that applies to data processed through DS.us checkout, payment, order-confirmation and buyer-support systems.

When you place an order through Digistore24, Digistore24 processes information needed to complete and administer the transaction, such as order, contact and payment-related data, according to its own privacy policy and applicable law.
3. Data processed on The Balance Protocol pages
These static product and member pages do not intentionally request payment-card details. Depending on the final hosting and tracking configuration, the hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and server logs in order to deliver and secure the website.

If customer name or email address is transmitted to the member-area provider in order to create or authenticate access, that information should be used only for fulfillment, account administration, support and security, subject to the final hosting/member-area setup.
